First day I got the product I thought was very small for price but worth every penny . made vegan cornbread w almond milk and flax ground seed . came out very fluffy and rises very well ! And most important no after taste from the baking powder. And no aluminum !

I have learned that baking powder only works when fresh. Only keep any container tightly sealed and no longer than a year
