I bought this because sleep and I have been having a misunderstanding for the last few months. I want to sleep but I can't fall asleep and then I get in a vicious cycle of thinking about how much I want to be asleep while trying to sleep. According to the sleep recorder on my watch, when I would actually fall asleep, I was getting sleep scores in the 50s or 60s (not a good restful sleep). I have taken this tart cherry for 2 nights and not only am I having no trouble falling asleep anymore, but my watch is recording sleep scores in the 90s!
