These are soft bristles enough to slide easily, but stiff enough to clean well

I bought these to clean out reusable bottle straws. They work really well! I've had some in the past that are too big and difficult to slide through to clean the straw well. These are soft bristles enough to slide easily, but stiff enough to clean well. These are great for cleaning sippy cups with straws, nozzles, mouth pieces etc. I also use glass and stainless steel straws at home and out (as an eco friendly option over plastic) and I love how easy having these pipe cleaners makes cleaning them!
Definitely recommend to anyone who uses re-usable straws or has children using Sippy cups.

In the pictures I compared 3 diff ones. This product is in the middle with the black tip. It has more "brush" than the other two - and is thinner than the other one I previously had - which is nice since I had difficulty getting the old one to slide in and out of the straw.

Good sturdy pipe cleaners

I was looking for some pipe cleaners to use to de-gunk my pipes with. I wanted something sturdier than the cheap soft ones you normally see. These looked sufficient.
I like that these are flexible, but sturdy enough to not crumple up when they encounter an area that needs extra cleaning in the pipe. I also like that the bristles go a good ways down the metal part.
The only thing I didn't like was the little circle on the top. On one of my pipes, the mouth hole was too small for me to push the cleaner through because of that piece. For my use, I would've preferred it not be there. It was fine with all of my other pipes.
I'm sure these will come in handy in other ways too. I'm glad to have them on hand.

Pipe cleaners

I have been searching for some real pipe cleaners in my local store for months and had to settle for the crafting pipe cleaners. I am so happy to have run across this item. It comes as a 10 pack and seems to have very good durability that im sure i will not have to replace them quite as ofter. I will not lie I have use this item to help clean out the Dr. BROWN bottle tops as well as my husbands pipe and they work way better than the ones mentioned for crafts. The length of the cleaners make it very easy to make sure that you can clean all the way through. I would definitely recommend this item to others.

Not extra-long, but good quality.

I had searched for "Extra-long" and when these showed up I assumed, incorrectly, that they were longer than the standard 5-6. They are about 6" long and although much shorted than what I wanted for my husband's churchwarden, he says that he'll make the best of them.
They are good quality and should last much longer than the throw-away type.
