nice but a bit harsh. is there a milder version?

Taste most like regular cigarettes than any of the other non tobacco options. I wish they had a milder version. I'm finding these a bit harsh and they make me cough. For that reason I may need to look for another option.

Gave it four stars because it burns so fast. But, after all, it's not a cigarette. Smoked one with a filter I had purchased from Amazon and had very little tar it. Should satisfy the hand to mouth habit while I'm trying to stop smoking. Cheaper by the carton though. FYI

If you're going to quit smoking, you need a good plan. Make these part of that good plan. They are perfect. They smell almost like a real cigarette. I'm using them with the patch and they help the I-need-something-to-puff-on habit...especially while driving. I've noticed after I made it to the step 2 patches, my cravings lowered and I don't smoke as many of these. After a while, they can be harsh on the throat and not taste as great. Which makes you want them less...but...that's the point!

These have been so helpful since I quit smoking cigarettes about 30 days ago. If/when I have an urge to light up, I use these and it takes care of the urge.
