not bad. light pine
Amazon Customer✓ Verified PurchaseFebruary 4, 2018
not bad. light pine. stained. could make my own but no time. one set holds nine rods. i have spinners and couple bait cast. plus short ice rods and the kids poles. screwed into ceiling of my trailer. screws not tight because of the crap cieling. maybe better anchors or longer scews? tight enough to hold up the rods. shorter than expected. 22.5 in. long. handle holes 1.5 in round. muskey pole fit however!
2.5 in. wide. .75 in thick. tip ends about 1 in wide. brackets from factory set in side for a wall mount setup. overall for $20 a pop not a bad deal to get my rods off the floor. would make my own like these for probably 10 bucks but i dont have the time. i bought 2 sets for 40 bucks. done. keep in mind this is very light china pine wood. if you want to hole saw the holes larger i feel the wood may crack out if you drill much larger. so use caution. grain runs the lenth of the wood. china stain is probabley cancer if air born. however these work just fine for me. second set i stuxk the flyrods in both tip holes as it holds them for now.... the short poles are just hanging out the handle holes...it is what it is....im ordering another set for the short stuff.
Happy with this!

Product works great and as it should. It's a simple item, easy to install. Can be hung on a wall or the ceiling. We hung ours on our vaulted ceiling. A couple of our poles are too short to extend out to both sides of the rack, but that is okay. Keeps the poles organized and out of the way.
I love this so much I may even order a second

I had this in my cart when I ordered other items. Forgot to take it out. And I was in a hurry when I placed the order so I didn't notice. But I needed one of these badly. It works perfectly to get my expensive fishing rods out of the corner of the room and on the wall. I love this so much I may even order a second one

Great for Bass Fishermen

If you're a bass fisherman, this is for you. If you're a saltwater fisherman, get a bigger holder. I do both. All my smaller rods fit just fine but anything I would use in salt, even the smaller stuff for salt water, doesn't fit. I suppose they might fit if you really spread these apart, but then the sag on the rod would be an awful lot. This thing looks pretty good though and it was really easy to mount. Came with wall anchors and all the necessary hardware to mount it to the wall or ceiling. I'm happy with it, just wish it was a smidge bigger so it could at least hold my catfish rods.
