Had a check engine light for VVT solenoid on the intake side. Car has 278,000 miles on it, and had the original part still. Trying to remove the old part proved to be a chore. The top part pulled off, leaving the valve body stuck in the head. Had to use an easy out to cut into it, and pull it out. But long story short, the new part fixed my rough idle, and my check engine light is off now.
