I buy these for my father who is a service man. He doesn't like when things poke into his stomach and these do not seem to bother him. They also allow him get to his phone easily, when necessary. They tend not to last very long, maybe 6 months-1 year but he is VERY hard on his equipment so I am pretty sure they would last longer with more normal use. However, for the price, I can't really complain. This is the third one I have ordered for him.

I have an Otter-box case for my I-phone which works great, but the Otter-box belt clip can come off my belt pretty easy. I've have the belt clip snag on my coat getting out of the car, letting my I-phone fall to the pavement. That doesn't happen with the Bomea holster. My I phone (with the protective Otter-box case) fits securely in the holster, when I need my phone I simply lift the Velcro cover and pull it out. The $10 bucks I spent is totally worth protecting my $700 I-phone.

The only negative, costing the 5th star, is that the metal clip does not grip a belt securely. Fortunately, the mounting for the clip allows a belt to be threaded through it. Other than that, it fits the iPhone 6s with Defender Otterbox snugly and protects it better than the plastic holder that comes with the Defender. It would be better, however, if the case rode a little lower than it does. I keep my phone with me at all times and even under my turnout gear.

I have wanted a case for my iPhone 6 that is already enclosed in a leather portfolio cover. This holster easily holds my phone in the leather cover and it fits well and still slides out easily. The fabric is strong ballistic-like material with a strong hook-n-loop closure to keep the phone in safely. I agree with several others that the metal clip is not real strong (it is good metal but it does not have the tight spring-mteal to hold in on a belt tightly and securely. In normal wear it is fine, but in getting in and out of a vehicle you might find that holster has slid off the belt and that is dangerous. Under the clip is a belt loop so that is an added security feature if you chose to loop it onto a belt.
If they put a better metal clip on the holster you would have about the best iPhone 6 holster you could ask for in a vertical position. I do not recommend altering the clip to make ti rotate as it causes deterioration of the fabric. But daily, I like this very much.

I really don't know what all the complaints are about! This holster is pretty well made, the stitching is really good and secure, clip is pretty solid as well. It fits your iphone 6s a lil' tight at first, but after stretching a few days, it's all good, the phone slides in and out of the holster with ease. The velcro is also very secure. I highly recommend this holster, and will be buying a few more.
