Price not justified by quality. Chair is crooked and foot side does not open completely flat (well, one side does but not the other - hence the crooked part). Fabric is stiff and scratchy and water does not drain from fabric. I live in a hot climate and you need to hose yourself down while laying in the sun so you don't have heat stroke. The result is laying in a puddle that never drains out and turns into very hot water in the sunshine. Head opening is way too big, you have to make the effort of holding your head up and that's not relaxing in any way. If your face is huge it might be ok but the average persons face will just hang through the hole.

I bought this chair with high hopes and agree that it has shortcomings, including faulty/nonexistant locking mechanisms that resulted in injury. After repeated collapses because the front/foot area support doesn't lock (it doesn't even go as far forward as showed in the chaise photo - it stops at a 90 degree angle from the ground, creating no tension to keep the chair upright), the last time I swung both feet over to the side (on my first day of use) to stand up from a laying position, the chair collapsed and sheared off the back of my heel, leaving a deep blister-sized gash of heavily bleeding and exposed heel flesh. All the more annoying was that this was the day I left on travel, thus necessitating that I travel in flip flops rather than proper shoes because any kind of heel covering only prompts more bleeding.

So faar I have only used the chair a few times but I love it! It is easy to carry with the attached carry strap. It is also very comfortable. My favorite feature is being able to lay on my stomach and read. The opening for you face is perfect and the padded area for supporting your head makes being on you stomach very comfortable. The opening for putting your arms through is just the greatest idea! It is so nice to be able to lay face-down and read my Kindle Fire while catching some sun. I liked it so much that I ordered a second one in pink for my daughter.
