Strong quality, lightweight, and the texts are displayed exactly as I wrote them before the purchase. My sister loves it. She graduated with a Masters in Psychology and will start counseling in a high school soon. It's a nicely done and shipped quickly. I appreciate Dave e-mailing me almost immediately after I placed my order to confirm the text I wanted on the name plate. It's bold and professional. The only thing that I was a bit surprised by, was how reddish-orange the base itself is. I was expecting something more dark based on the pictures.
