I'm an armed guard, I carry my service weapon, OC, baton, radio, gloves, cuffs, taser and 2 extra mags,. I have my personal phone , company phone and car keys. This tool helps keep open pockets as I can put primary keys on them so I always know where there at. I can grab them instead of remembering which pocket I put them in.

I have a unique use for this item as I use it to hang my Sporran from my kilt belts. Doing so offers secure, support with easy on/off for the sporran. Sturdy and secure. If I had one issue it would be that the edges could be rounded a little more. They are smooth but can wear fabric a bit.I am adding another set to my Christmas list.
It DOES NOT fit 2 inch duty belts.

It does not fit 2 inch duty belts, what too much play. It is however a nice key holder and is probably best for smaller key ring sets.
The worst part about this is that when I tried to return it it said that it was not eligible. So just keep this in mind.
