Cant even find any info on any solar charger on their main site. Actually gives you a message no solar on this page??? So I call the customer service number hoping someone can just direct me in the basics, like how long to charge it, how to solar charge it? I get "the party you are calling is unavailable please leave a message," My phone tells me I am calling California. OK its 10am EST, I leave a message. Within a few moments, I get an incoming call from a number in Calf. I think OK good customer service at least. I say hello, a deep guys voice says "uhmmm" and HANGS UP ON ME. You have got to be kidding right? I call back. Same Voice Mail. I am sure someday we will figure this out - I can read ALL the comments here on Amazon and piece it together. Unless you know all about this product BEFORE buying. Dont.

Its a nice battery, the QC works well, but I bought it for the solar function and now I'm disappointed: The seller established well that the solar charger doesn't have to be used as a main charging source. I live in central America and wanted to know how much time this will need for full charge it with only the solar panel (had great expectations because my mom goes in expeditions for days and solar battery could be really helpful), but I had it under the tropical sun 2 weeks from dawn till dusk and not even the first led could go solid (in the four led charging panel) meaning not even the 25% of the battery was charged, so how much time would be need to fully charge the Zero lemon????? I guess that the solar charger only helps a little when the items is charged, but as it will never fully charge the complete 26800mah battery,

So far, so good. This is an easy device to drop into a bag and take along to provide charging without the hassle of being near an outlet. The devices I got it for are my Samsung Note 5 and my iPad. The bonus for me is that it will also charge my Kindle Voyage which I use more often than an iPad and take the Kindle everywhere. The Kindle holds its charge a long time, but sometimes I push it and am unhappy to be somewhere and have its power run out while trying to read. For a trip, this is obviously a good product to have. For just taking along, I'm going to get in the habit of it which includes getting into the habit of taking the charging cord for mostly the Note and the Kindle -- and iPad as needed.

I'm not even going to try fire this up with solar. Everyone's convinced me that's hopeless. It came half charged and took a few hours to charge the rest of the way. I left it charging probably 6 - 7 hours. There are zero directions with it, but it's completely intuitive.

It gets 4 stars instead of 5 because really, would it kill them to include a little bag to protect it when I toss it in the bigger bag? Now i have to figure one out. Or they might even have one where you see it under "People who bought this also bought that" for a couple bucks. If it holds up, it will be great.

I have got my solar charger and worked great for couple of months then the micro USB port as broke a fell inside the unit. I contacted ZeroLemon and they have sent me a replacement unit after a month when I contacted them. Now I just received my replacement unit and both USB ports are not working and I can't charge my phone at all. Such waste of money.

It's a bit of an anomaly. Personally, I like it. I've had it for 1.5 years now and it holds it's charge for a very, very long time! I haven't noticed any charge loss that could be considered anything more than negligible. It recharges my Samsung Galaxy J7 phone at an acceptable rate and I figured that, on a full charge, it could charge my phone 7 or 8 times.

However, when I've loaned this to friends, they both said their phones got hot and they had trouble charging their phones, even with these 3 Pack 6FT Nylon Braided Micro USB Cable High Speed USB 2.0 A Male to Micro B Syncing and Charging Cord Universal I gave them to use with it. The only thing I can think of is that their phones are pretty cheap and they're both hard on their phones, which show it!

I haven't used the solar element to charge it yet though. I pretty much bought this for emergency situations or for extended periods of time away from electricity, like camping. Like I said, I like it. Definite 4 Stars! But, I rated it 5 Stars because I'm sure that when a big emergency hits, or a SHTF situation arises, this will be a definite 5 Star product I'll be sooooo glad I thought ahead to have on hand!
