This soup was advertised as split pea but after receiving it I found it was just like green pea soup. Green pea soup is what I have been wanting and looking for but I found it no where until now. After opening the can and then heating it up I sat down to a delicious bowl of pea soup, My only complaint is the cost per can. I would love to order more of this soup but it is too expensive for my budget. If the price per can would have been lower I would have rated this soup five stars.

Yeah, it's a bit pricey but it's a novelty item from Pea Soup Andersen's ... I'm more accustomed to stocking up on ordinary store-brand and sometimes Progresso soups when the price is right ... I don't like to pay much more than $2 for a 16 oz can of soup. Yeah, I'm a cheapskate. Will I buy it again ? Yes, but I'm not in a hurry. Thanks, SS
