Does what it needs to do--holds cords/chargers. If I had any short/thin cords I feel like it wouldn't hold them in place very well, but I was using it to store mostly phone chargers and portable charging bricks so it worked just fine for me. Definitely not big enough for storing laptop charging cords of any sort.

This organizer is great. It has made taking my chargers on trips so much easier and more convenient I can't believe I didn't get one sooner. Liked it so much I bought two and gave them to my kids. Still holding up as new after almost a year's worth of hard use. Can't recommend highly enough - no more looking though my backpack for lost cords or plugs. Get it = you won't be sorry.

It worked great up until this week and the inside started coming unraveled and the zipper on the pocket completely came apart. Other than that it worked great for about a year. I guess I will have to buy another one....

The bottom line is: This item works. Pretty much - what you see is what you get. It fits into my Targus 17-corporate-traveler-vertical-rolling-laptop-case and allows more space for the amazon basics hard case plus power cord. - and that was the intent.

I urge prospective buyers to read all the reviews and look at the photos other consumers have posted and compare all the data to your specific needs and applications.

My main complaint: I think the price is too high. The quality is OK but not spectacular. And there is little to suggest that this is a huge innovation in the category. At the same time, the category seems overpriced. Amazon Basics has a 'hard shell' case that's approx 10.00 and offers more value - but it is thicker and really intended for different applications (I own both).

Conclusion: If you are looking for an organizer for an assortment of (small / Thin) cables, thumb drives, a thin portable hard drive, and other small gizmos - this will work - check your needs carefully so you can determine the right size of case - one way is to layout everything you want to contain on a table and take measurements (you can stack one layer - but check for thickness).

Update (12/15/2015): I've had this product for about 6 months. One of the bottom zipper pouches has ripped away from the green lining. Still a great product, but the workmanship is a little poor. Unfortunately, I can't return for a replacement, because its outside the window. I would just recommend not putting anything too large or bulky in the zipper pouches. An external battery may be too wide or heavy, but flash memory cards, keys, etc would be okay.

Original Review: I've been looking for a good portable electronics/cable organizer for some time. I had the Cocoon Grid-It, and it worked well enough, but it wasn't quite big enough, or had enough bungees, to secure all of my cables, adapters, and flash drives. I highly recommend this cable organizer! Fits nicely in my bag, and keeps everything nicely secured. The zippered pouches are great for flash drives/cards, external batteries, or small external hard drives.
