Exaclty what you pay for.

Perfect.. the sound quality isn't great, but it does the trick just fine.
Update:Not really loud enough. _ Pretty good for my purpose, but I hacked together some real headsets.

Update: they are ok for slow speeds, but at speed it's had to hear. a slightly better amp would have been better, they are just very loud.
Now, I am giving it four stars, but I had a specific project I bought it for. I just wanted the audio control module and I hacked off some old ear bud cables and wired them to a pair of real helmet headsets I had from a pair of old Bluetooth helmet comms. Worked out really well. I just needed a basic rider to passenger wired comms to be able to talk to my kid when he rode with me on my motorcycle.
Now I do just have to say... who thought it was a good idea to try to put a helmet on with an ear but that doesn't even fit in your ear well. And yes, the mic is horrendous and a bit directional.

Super cheap and cheaply made, volume isn't really high enough but it does actually function. What do you expect for ten bucks?
