Like many of you here I have battled dry eyes for years too. I have tried so many different brands and types of eye drops and though some had worked, I had to use them two to three times a day. Every morning I used to wake up with that feeling in the inside corner of my eyes (you know that rough burning feeling) and I knew my eyes were bloodshot. Last drops I used are the opcon-a and they worked by getting rid of the redness but the dryness could still be felt. So last week I came across these eye drops and saw how many people have benefited from them so I decided to give them a try and thank goodness I did!! This drops are a lubricant so your eyes will feel oily for about a minute but then they feel normal and refreshed. I went from using eye drops two to three times a day to one time every other day with Thera tears! I'm also taking fish oil supplements with omega 3 which is known to help eye health. Give it a try.

I have severe dry eye and am allergic to preservatives used in eye lubricants. I hate the costly little vials that are supposed to be used once with the left over solution thrown away. I tried other bottled brands with no preservative and liked them. When it was time to reorder I saw this brand in an economy size and decided to try it. The first drop in my right eye was heavenly! I didn't know my agitated eyes could feel so good! Absolutely fantastic! The itching and burning is gone...EUREKA! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I've used it 2 days now and I like the feeling this lubricant provides over Visine's Dry Eye Relief and Systane Ultra. Until I find a problem, this will be my new go-to eye lubricant. I work in desert environments a lot, so after work I'm always looking for an eye rinse/lubricant. Can't wait to take a few bottles of this to my next job and see how it works in that environment.

I was diagnosed with dry eye syndrome about 4 years ago and used Restasis for 2 years after it. I complemented Restasis with Refresh tears throughout the day, and I was completely fine.
Six months ago, my eyes started to get awfully dry and red, while my eyelids got inflmed and itchy. Thus, I found out that in addition to my dry eye syndrome, I had blepharitis as well. Both conditions seem to be related according to the literature, which could have been handy to know 4 years ago. That said, since I developed blepharitis, Refresh tears didn't do the job for me anymore, and I started to try most of the available brands.
I found this specific formula and brand a lifesaver. I am on Restasis again, but I still need to complement it with eye drops. I have bought 2 bottles already, and they have been amazing with my eyes. Even before I started to use Restasis again, these eye drops made the difference in my recovery from the worst case of active blepharitis in the history of human race (according to my students, who were afraid to look at me in the eye for weeks.)
Now that my blepharitis seems to be under control, I will keep using these eye drops. They are more expensive than my old tears, but I haven't tried anything better than these tears.

Fantastic! The first eyedrop I've found that doesn't leave my eyes worse than they started! I've tried so many other brands of eyedrops, and they only irritated and dried out my eyes in a horrible, unending cycle of applications - I swear, they formulate them just so you'll have to keep buying more! These are the best - I only put them in when my eyes feel terribly dry, and then they feel better for a long time after. No more putting drops in my eyes at night and waking up to drier eyes than I went to bed with! The bottle is also at least twice as large as your standard eye drops bottle!
