I got this for storing sugar....like some have mentioned in questions &/or reviews...it fits about 20lbs & is good for my needs.... I was gentle picking it up by the handle & think I noticed a sound pop from it but I didn't notice give other than the top bowing from the FORCE on the handle..lid etc...I noticed a voice tell me wow this is junk but you didn't even expect to be able to hold the lid with the unit filled. I told the bigger to go talk to Yoda and go his own way.
This will do a good job for my needs but I'll probably not grab from the lid unless filled with 1/2 the weight in it now. ..just checked the lid handle to see if it's damage....negatory on that. ..was thinking of getting a bigger one to handle a full 25lb sugar but ahhh it's not like this will be my go to ebary time I need sugar...I got other junk for that purpose.

I bought two of these containers to hold all of my rice. My family goes through a lot of rice, so I buy a 40-pound bag of rice about every 2-3 months. I used to keep the rice in these giant glass jars, but even for how big those jars were, I needed about 6 of them to store all of that rice. It was estimated that these containers hold about 22 pounds of rice, which I'd say is about accurate, because I was able to divide the entire bag of rice evenly between the two containers. I like that the lid has a latch on each side to keep it locked and secure. The handle is convenient, as well.

I bought this to store rice in. I buy 15lb bags and this will fit that much with room to spare. I haven't tested whether it's airtight or not but the ample gasket leads me to think that it's probably true. Opens easily, closes securely, the handle is very robust and carrying it by the handle with the 15lbs of rice is no problem.
If you're looking for storage for rice or pasta or whatever, this is a solid option.

This is a top quality air-tight storage container. The plastic is thick and seems very durable. The box snaps shut with a "pop" on each side. It is the perfect size to put in my freezer. The handle is an added feature that folds down flush with the lid. I would highly recommend.

I purchased this to store my homemade chocolate dipped pretzel lightsaber party favors in since it's airtight. I needed an airtight container because I had to make these at least 2 weeks in advance in order to get them all done. After 2 weeks the pretzels were still crunchy & fresh, I did also have them each in a plastic pretzel wrapper. Love that it snaps on 4 sides, very easy to snap on & off, and it feels like it's getting a tight seal once you snap it on. Big container, I had 50 pretzel sticks in here with room for more. Definitely recommend!
