Not sure who the negatives were written about. This item arrived perfect, brand new, When tried it sound as expected and was a most interesting, funny item. didn't find anything wrong with it in regards to size, shape, performance and function. I know you have to be a little off balance to buy a wooden croaking frog but it is one of those must have things if only to say you have one. Watch out kids, this may be in your Christmas basket!

Good but not great. I have a smaller one that actually sounds very nice but this one sounds and feels like a hollowed out piece of bamboo. It is light which I thought was good at first but it may be the reason the croak sounds off. The wood dowel fits well inside the mouth, which is a plus. However, when it arrived the lip was broken off. I easily glued it back in place but it looked like it was like that before shipping. Wanted another one but probably won't get this size again.

I am so glad I bought this frog! After a lifetime of playing classical violin, electric kazoo, harpsichord, and soprano sousaphone, I think I finally found my true calling! It's like my whole life has been building up to this moment! I've been having a difficult time finding sheet music for my new frog block though. Bummed about that, but at least I'm having fun with my new underground synthpop metal band band, Electricas Ranas de la Muerte. Great product. Thanks, World Percussion USA!
