These are not stainless at all , they worked for what I needed but they literally rusted over the first day ( this was an outdoor application that's why U went with stainless )

1 year later and they are completely rusted. These are NOT stainless steel. They are chrome plated over formed iron. I would not recommend these for outdoor applications. One star because that is the lowest possible rating that will allow me to review this. I would just replace them but they are on an outdoor electrical box that is not easy to get to.
I will have to replace them when the next maintenance occurs on the antenna system.

Bought these to put on some hatch covers on a boat, although listed as Stainless Steel, the rusted pretty quick. My guess is the are 304SS and not suitable for marine applications.
These are pretty good for smaller boxer and cases

they are ok... the lager size dont come in a larger quantity. These are pretty good for smaller boxer and cases. they are pretty small and light so the part where a lock can go, is easily bendable. some of mine bent at such a good angle that it makes the locking even tighter which is better. mounting them wasnt difficult, however, the bottom spring loaded part needs to be pulled back to expose the screw holes. pulling that back, aligning, and screwing these is somewhat of a challenge.
