Where is the quality?!

Whatever happened to Delphi? The Delphi XM2Go was a fantastic radio and served me flawlessly for more than ten years. This junk has not lasted much more than a month! User beware of inserting and removing a plug to and from the Audio outlet too many times! You will eventually snap the socket clean off the internal Printed Circuit board. It is a serious design flaw - it is a surface mount component which provides no mechanical support whatsoever - the only inevitable fate is for the connector to pull the copper lands to which it is it is attached completely off the board. All three of the other connectors (radio, antenna, and power) are through-hole mounted connectors and have plenty of mechanical support. One must ask: "What the heck were they thinking?!"
The radio itself also has design flaws. I feel trapped at this point. I have been an XM radio customer for as long as they have existed. It is really hard to walk away from that - the subscription is not cheap and I have come to depend on the unique programming content that it provides. But it seems that we have only one vendor to buy equipment from anymore - and the quality of that equipment is sorely lacking.

The antenna still can't get a signal. I guess you have to have line of sight to the satellite. Whats the point of this unit if you can't pickup the signal from indoors.

Everything works great except the double sided tape. When it gets hot in the truck it won't hold the weight of the receiver and doesn't stick any longer.
