Arrived with the parts hanging out of the box. Installed with particular attention to the instructions that came with. Went to turn it on for the first time and it just flashed a code "C" after a little research code "C" means to replace the controller. The controller cost $300. I talked to Amazon on the phone and they are sending a replacement but it's almost 2 weeks out. I'm happy they are sending a replacement but not happy I have to wait.

Best entry point homeowner spreader Buyers makes. Had several different models and this one works best. Be mindful of how fragile the spreader shaft is. It bends quickly and easily but fortunately can be bent back by hand relatively easily. Certainly not for commercial use.
