This is much better than expected . . . flavor and texture! Available fresh tomatoes just don't seem to have either, even this time of year. Great with multiple favorite recipes and all I need to do is open the can. The spicy flavor has made this a 'must have' for the pantry.
Use with: scrambled eggs, rice, cheese/avocado dips, cornbread, fish, chicken and so much more. Cooking for me now means using a microwave only so I have had to adapt favorites (72 with arthritis) . . . what I refer to as 'independent' my son refers to as 'stubborn!' Amazon has almost anything I need and reviews really help with unfamiliar product selection . . . thank you for the reviews!
