I used this for travel under my shirt and continued to use it for months. This is unisex. It has plenty of room for passport and a small travel wallet and essentials. It lays flat against our body. You can conceal it between your undergarments and pants. I kept this concealed in touristy areas as a backup for my money. I also had a neck wallet where I kept only a little money for using while out in public. However you use this, it's a great purchase. I ordered lots of different money belts and kept this one.

I was surprised how comfortable this belt was. I forget I had it on at times although by the evening it was good to take it off. I expected it to be more noticeable. The only thing I would change is that it has pull tabs on the zippers that are not necessary and add a little to the thickness.
