GREAT and not so great.

It is really ugly for a purse. But for hiking, working, doesn't show dirt! I am on crutches or use a walker, I wanted a light weight, cross body purse with pockets. This is it!
BUT, because strap is so wide and stiff, it hurts my neck. I use it like a fanny pack mostly on left hip, with strap around waist. and that is OK. Carrying it on Left hip as I do, when I get into car, it fits between me and the door, comfortably, It is designed to wear across the body on right hip. If you carry it on left hip, as I do, the release buckle on strap is behind you. I must twist it around to unbuckle it to remove it. NOT handy. But I USE IT ALL OF THE TIME, BEST THING I HAVE FOUND, so far.

Best man purse. Amazing value, better than pictured.

This is actually arrived better than the picture, all color coded in coyote. It's perfect for transporting my iPad Air, extra batteries. And even my EDC gear. Fits a full size pistol prefect with a Velcro holster. The eyelet in the middle broke, still doesn't affect the functionality, it Carey's a water bottle well, though I carabiner the 2 cinch cords together so my clean canteen doesn't fall out. Perfect for carrying the things you'll need on an airplane too, without firearms of course.
MUCH BETTER THAN THE BASIC TACTICAL SLING BAG
Major Thomas✓ Verified Purchase•June 22, 2017
I really like this sling case. There is more room than many of the basic smaller tactical cases that are different from a backpack. It's similar in size to my maxpedition sling bag because there are plenty of areas to store items and the quality is excellent for the price. Excellent design and room for tons of stuff. It's not big enough for iPads or laptops, but I really like it so far. Definitely a worthy tactical choice for your gear. Also the stitching and snaps are well done.
Using as a toolbag

Outer material seems durable. I currently use it everyday for work in the IT field (had it for about 2 months now). I keep tools such as screwdriver/ratchet set/cable tester/crimper/zipties/electrical tape/connectors and i still have room to add more.
my only complaint, no carrying handle for your hand. I understand its a messenger bag designed to be cross body carry. but having a handle on the top of the bag would make it easier to move it around if you do set it down.

Multi-functional for sure!

My use of the G4Free Multi-functional Tactical Messenger Bag is as a camera bag for my DSLR! This thing is AMAZING! Fully protected from the elements (Florida's occasional rain showers), I have pockets enough for flash, meters and even a snack or two!
At last . . . a strap that is long enough (I am 6'5" tall). Most sling bags end up looking like necklaces with their short straps, but this won keeps the bag at a usable, and controllable position.
Well constructed and perfect for my needs.
