I got this on the US size Medium at 141 lbs, 34C, 30w, 37 hips, muscular build. Fits like a glove and didn't feel restricted or any cutting from the shoulder straps. I wore it under a jumpsuit and my sister couldn't even tell I was wearing it. I got this because of the boy short style and the unattached bra. For the boy short part, it was mostly extended by lace which was nice but the fabric itself was more of bikini cut so that actually showed somewhat of a panty line. Would probably recommended extending that fabric all the way as the boy short, making sure there are no panty lines. Otherwise, it's the best body briefer I've found so far.

Yes and yes! If you want a nice clean support throughout the day, then this is it. Tucks back fat, love handles and keeps the tummy flat and rolls in place....basically you won't be disappointed if you purchase the correct size.

This is the prettiest, most comfortable, and most slimming body shaper I've ever encountered! My only complaint is that it does not do a good job of staying in place on the bum when paired with a dress. If you wear it with tight pants, it's better, though not perfect. Still, I'm willing to forgive this issue and choose this over any other shaper, because there are none of the typical irritations - no digging into my shoulders, armpits, or issues with the crotch, and no parts that reveal themselves outside your clothing and scream, "I'm wearing shapewear!" When the back of this peeks out from a tank top, it looks like you have on beautiful lingerie or a lacy camisole. I'm a 4/6 in vanity-sized ladies' clothing (JCP, Kohl's, etc.) and ordered the medium, which fits great. I might be able to fit the size small, but I haven't tried.

This is my second time around having liposuction and although this isn't the typical post surgery compression garment it is amazing. I usually dont write very detailed reviews but this deserves it!

1. I am a larger girl who wears a us size medium waist trainer (pre surgery) I ordered this in and XL its perfect
2. I need a strong compression without metal boning because I' m still swollen and boning hurts this garment is comfortable even with the healing.
3. this is a comfy garment, most bodysuits with snaps irritate my kitty because i usually go commando... this doesn't irritate my crotch area... id does not ride up or bunch and it feels good
4. I READ THE SIZE CHART..... READ THE SIZE CHART... if you are a US size Medium and you order the medium... you will be upset...
5. It fits my thighs... Im a curvy girl and my thighs are bigger... i could pull this up without unfastening the snaps and it was fairly easy to do!!

I can't even believe how well this worked out! Buying clothes online is risky - buying lingerie online is even riskier. This was so flattering on me! I have a pretty sizeable booty and thighs, but the lace panels on either hip keep there from being any unflattering lines or squeezing. Instead, it just smoothed out to my legs. It does need a bra to go with it and the thicker the band on the bra, the better, as otherwise you might end up with a gap of visible skin between the bottom of your bra and the top of this suit. The straps are nice and thick and blend well with your bra straps.

For size reference, I have a 34" bust, 26" waist, and 38" hips. I got an XL and it's snug without being suffocating.
