Good anvil.

Arrived on time. This puppy is heavy! It is aldo not well boxed. The package was delivered before a heavy all day rain. The box disintegrated as I picked it up to carry to my workshop. Good anvil though, exactly what I wanted.
He is happy with it

My husband guessed his xmas present when he saw the postman struggling to bring it to the door. He is happy with it, and it was worth the price.

Great well made Cast Iron Anvil

This is a very good rugged cast iron anvil as their product title describes. Not too heavy to lift and held up to the pounding when I unsuccessfully tried to straighten out 2 Western Personal Plow spring bar tubes. This wasn't the fault of the anvil, only that the steel tubes just won't budge under the influence of the mini sledge I was using. I'm sure this anvil will come in handy for other tasks I might encounter that requires it's use. I'm very happy I purchased it.
Excellent buy !!!! Excellent project anvil !!

This is a great anvil base just add a hardened steel top to it and you have a very good tough anvil , weld your hardened steel on the sides and drill holes for the top to weld to this anvil like I did with 9011 welding rod 90,000 PSI steel !! now I have a tool that will last a thousand years , since I retrow fitted my anvil five years ago and I have used it a lot and have not had a problem with it !! And if you don't think this is a good idea you have no business buying any type of tool because you don't know how to use them !! If you want to do some blacksmithing you better know how to weld wirefeed and stick use a torch and plasma arch cutter ,forge hardened steel , use an angle grinder , fabricate , use a metal break , make tools from scratch my anvil is one kick ace tool and if you don't like it go buy yourself a $1000 anvil what a bargain ! Mine will do everything your very expensive anvil will do and then some !!
