I love it. Unlike another similar mount I tried this not only fits my XDm great, but it stays put instead of shooting loose like the last one. Very stiff and nicely made. The mount fits the XDm rail great, and the Ultra Dot L/T red dot fits the mount great. I shot some real nice groups with it. A nice plus is that you can remove the XDm's slide with the mount attached. Great stuff. :)

Mounted on my Walther P22. Not a great fit, but that is probably the Walther being too short. I'll try it on my M&P 9 and see if it is tighter.
I do like the abilty to use either the red dot I mounted or the regular sights.

Fit great on my Sig 2022 9mm, looks great and holds the red dot perfect.
I have found the metal one's little better.
