Wow! This ball made my feet tingle after I used it. At first I purchased it for my boyfriend. He has plantar fasciitis, and unfortunately works constantly on his feet, so I thought this would be useful for him.
But then I realized this is a game changer for me. This ball has alleviated some of the pain I have in my feet, and helps me walk.
Some specks for knowledge - it's slightly bigger than a golf ball. It's hard to the touch, but once you roll your foot/back on it you immediately feel the tension "roll" away. It all depends on the amount of pressure you apply to the ball.
I highly recommend if you have foot issues.

This little ball is really amazing! When I first got it I rolled my foot around on it and immediately felt it working out some of the knots. Then I used it for my back, I have a knot that is bothering me where I can't reach very well under my left shoulder blade and it eased that too. Later after work I used it on my hands and forearms and all I have to say is wow. I am not a young man I need this to help keep my body healthy. You can put as little or as much pressure as you like. I started out with light pressure then as the knots worked themselves out I can apply more pressure. I am going to keep using this for a long time. I let my friend try it and now I am buying a few more to share with friends.

OMG just tried this today. I was very skeptical at first. Then I started rolling it under my heel for my heel spurs and holy cow it hurt so bad but it was a good hurt. Lol I immediately felt relief. And after about 10 minutes I can walk better. It just hit that perfect spot. It's hard enough to roll but with just enough give to keep it under your foot. I'm going to continue doing this everyday to keep the relief going..

I discovered via my massage therapist that I have plantar fasc. I was having severe pain in both feet and finally after one year allowed the therapist to work on my feet; I had many issues. I began doing my research and came across this ball. I figured for the price I couldn't go wrong. It comes with a little insert (literally little). I use this ball while watching T.V.
