I am a female and so far, this product is looking promising. I have been taking it religiously. I've been using it for about 2 weeks, with noticeable difference. When I take my hair out of a hair tie, and run my hands through my hair, there is only 1-2 hairs vs 10 previously. I have also combined it with a different topical product. I plan to continue taking it once a day in the near future, because it seems excessive and I pee most of It out. (probably tmi but be alarmed it changes your pee color).

These have a lot of good vitamins in them and I've only been taking them for less than a week so hopefully it will help with nourishing the scalp and promote hair growth. My hair has started to thin and I figured it couldn't hurt. I also bought a scalp massager brush and started taking Great Lakes powdered collagen. I've heard that's great to take.

This product works well and I have noticed my hair seems to grow faster than some of the others I have tried. The price is good but this products smells strange almost light buttermilk. The pills are a little large but they do help grow in new hairs. The hair is finer than the healthy hair. But I'm ok with that. Use it for about a month or two and that should be enough time to see if ity works for you.

I don't normally write reviews on products I buy of Amazon. That being said, I had to on this product because it's a great product that deserves review. I bought this product in hopes to alleviate stress I was going through after having a love one pass away. Every i took a shower I saw hair in the drainage. I knew it was from stress. So I decided to give this product a try. 2 weeks later I noticed no clumps of hair after taking a shower and I felt like myself again. I plan on taking this product for a long time. Definitely would recommend this to anyone who is going through stress and needs a little help.
UPDATE 1/06/2015: I'm still on this product and so far i've seen no negative side effects and my hair looks and feels healthy and back to normal. I did however, changed what i use to shower with. I no longer use shampoo and switched to using baking soda and vinegar to wash my hair. I find by doing this, my hair grows faster and feels much thicker.
