First blush, these are fantastic, and fit my somewhat classic Biesemeyer fence wonderfully. When I bought my used table saw ~ 20yrs ago it was old enough then that riving knives weren't a thing and the original owner didn't have the blade guard. So I've always been very guarded against getting hurt, a caution learned in the 1970's from some errors using radial arm saws (nothing permanent, but seriously scary). I've bought the Woodstock w1104 board buddies early on and have found them very awkward to use and not that effective (but if you're using those, maybe mount them tilted 5° into the fence). In preps for my retirement putting safety first and also got the Microjig (and loving that as well). For the Jessem, was leaning towards easily removable (to accommodate gigs, etc.), but didn't want to spend ~$100 on the switch-magnets. Instead, I kind of clamped a plywood piece using a T-nut (infeed side) and screws w/ washers (outfeed). It's a pretty fast removal now, and with a trivial changes it could be absolutely speedy. Leaving the plywood outfeed side long for now so I can consider securing down if needed. The engineering of the Jessem is really nice and satisfying to use!
Really well built, excellent materials, instructions could use rewriting.

I balked at the price at first but after considering how much time it would take me to DIY some kludgy knock off I bit the bullet and ordered a set. They are great, especially if you work solo. There's a bit of a learning curve and that's mainly due to how little info there is in the instructions.
