Great for night driving and sitting in front of a computer screen

These clip on shades are great! They are a little bigger then our lenses but for us that's great. They block the oncoming lights from autos and various lights throughout a city and when not needed we just flip them up and keep on going. My husband and I both love them. We use them not only in the car but at our computers. It blocks a lot of the screen reflection and shortens the blue color of the computer. These have really helped our eyes not tire out or dry out as quickly. Our eyes have a lot less strain on them. My hubby's headaches have decreased in frequency as well. The only complaint we have is that the actual clip on hardware is pretty thick for the lenses. We have adjusted to not seeing them but this is an issue the manufacturer might want to consider making thinner. Not sending them back though because this is something that can be adjusted to but would be better if this issue didn't exist.
