I bought this 4-piece pot to replace one I had bought back in the early 1980's, and it is emphatically better than my old one! Nice heavy stainless pot, pasta cooker and steamer basket, plus a glass lid. Excellent value for the money.

Great price for a heavy duty commercial pot. I have learned it is worth the extra money for quality in cookware, even for the home. saw cheaper ones but not nearly the quality.

Love, love, LOVE this pasta pot. It was always a pain to cook up pasta in a regular pot, strain it...making a mess all over as the starchy water spilled past the strainer. Not an issue with this one - I cook it up and just pull the basket out of the water. It's big enough to make two or three boxes of spaghetti. The construction is decent - a bit thin, but then, most of these pots are thin so that's normal. Handles are solid. We've used it many times since buying it and have absolutely no complaints.

I have gone all my century ( i am 76!!) without this pot! I do not know what took me so long. I dod not have one bad thing to say about this purchase.
