We had one of these before and when it was time to get another one ( yes they don't last forever) we ended up with a horrible heater and actually threw it in the trash. The Hampton Bay is the best one out there in our opinion. Fires up fast, good heat etc. It is now put away since it's spring here in Arizona

We're pretty happy with this. Gives out sufficient heat for our 13' x 8' lanai. We did switch out the tank to an 11 lb one. Little tricky finding the proper hose and still would prefer one longer. Could only find a 4'
