This beautiful, authentically-styled outfit is made with great care. It carries the Maplelea tag, plus a separate tag showing that it was made by native craftspeople.

The Amauti is extremely high-quality, and has both a Maplelea tag and a tag indicating it was made in Nunavut. They didn't cut any corners making this; it's high quality in every detail, with what feels like water-resistant fabric on the outside and a warm, thick, soft fleece lining the inside. Mine came with red rick-rack trim instead of purple, though all the other colors are the same as pictured. If you have a Maplelea Saila doll, I enthusiastically recommend this for her; she looks adorable in it.

Great quality handmade item from the Inuit people of Nunavut. Also a great way to support the traditional Inuit crafters of Nunavut.
