Well I did my research. I picked what on paper as well as through various testimonials is a very good quality screen protector. The package came with all of the included items it should have, except for one glaring omission. You guessed it the actual screen protectors themselves. And when you think about it, that's really why you buy screen protectors. Being on a fixed income I have to wait now until I can afford to buy another brand of good quality screen protectors. I don't hold any hope of ever getting any sort of redress for the item, I threw the whole kit and kaboodle away feeling dejected and taken for a ride. But in the .0001% chance someone on the other end will read this review and take pity on a me, my review can change. But until that day I cannot in any conscience recommend this item or this company. For $15.99 I could have gone out for Mexican.

Excellent protection. Easy to install. Hides fingerprints well and they are easy to remove. Tactile response is excellent. Highly recommended.
