Maybe this would be good for cooking, but I bought it as a coffee creamer and it is just awful. I mixed it according to the instructions. Nope. I mixed it in a bit of hot water. Nope. I used a blender. Nope. Just does NOT mix. Probably depends on the water in any particular area, but in my area it does not mix no matter what I do. It also tastes horrible. Does not taste like cream at all. Some have described the taste as "cheesy". I would agree there. Cheesy, sour, and artificial tasting. Like I said, maybe good in cooking or baking, but as a drink additive, it is disgusting.... and clumpy.

I expected this powder to taste as creamy and sweet as the milk powder from Hoosier Hill Farm. We love the milk powder so I was surprised that this powder tastes so salty. Too weird. Since I didn't try it for awhile after purchase, I don't think I can get a refund now or I would return it.

I actually just tried to get a refund and was immediately credited for the full amount of purchase by Amazon. Surprised, but once again glad I am a Prime member.

You mix it up with warm water and a fork - just like the other reviewers suggested - and you taste it and then put it in the fridge. Saturday morning lazy coffee preserved. Lifelong kitchen secret established.

I decided to try this for coffee because heavy cream in liquid form has gotten so expensive. A pleasant surprise.

This is worlds better than commercial half-and-half -- which is flavorless, almost like adding paint to your coffee. And powdered non-dairy creamer -- well you don't even want to read the label, much less consume it.

This product's flavor not only measures up to heavy cream from commercial dairies -- it's better. A little more buttery, richer.

The only drawback (if you could call it that) is that it doesn't dissolve completely right away. There are some particles that take about 30 seconds to dissolve in a hot cup of coffee. Wait 20 seconds and give it an extra stir and you're good to go.

I'm using about 1 1/2 tsp of this so the coffee is a medium brown color. It's just what heavy cream should be -- it complements the flavor of the coffee but it doesn't overpower it with a milky flavor.

Product is great. Stirred beautifully into my tea. Very convenient for traveling when there isn't a fridge available. Only complaint is that the nutritional information in the listing is not the same as the package. Even if it evens out in the end, the seller should update their listing.
