- •Add extra protein into baked goods, energy bars, PB&J, veggie burgers, beans n' rice, pancakes, dinner dishes and more!
- •Cricket contains twice as much protein as beef, as much calcium as milk, as much Vitamin B12 as salmon, and 17 amino acids, including Lysine.

Tastes good. I would advise to mix it with wheat flour because it is very heavy, I made chocolate chip cookies with half this and half wheat flour and One cookie was like eating a protein bar.
Yummy!!

Tasty high protein, low carb alternative to flour
CC•May 21, 2016
Delicious, nutritious, and environmentally friendly! I love to bake but try to stay low carb, and decided to try this. I made cinnamon muffins (see pic) and there was a unique light protein taste, but they were very good! I brought some into work and my co-workers, with some encouragement, tried them and they loved them too. The only weird thing is that when you bite into them, they make a little chirping sound. Just kidding!
Acquired Aftertaste
Jacob H.•October 6, 2015
It came on time and the product tasted as I suspected. It does have a very earthy, interesting aftertaste. I added it to the crust of a cheesecake I made, and the aftertaste is noticeable. Not bad, but not good. Definitely a taste to be acquired.
Pretty Good

After trying some cricket protein bars I decided to cut costs and make my own. This is great! All you need is some dried berries, dates, cricket flour, nuts and a blender.
