Purchased for my husband who is growing a long beard. He loves it so it must be good!
but one dircetion of the unit seems to be scratching up the blades an not sharpening like it should

I'm not sure if I'm not using it correctly, but one dircetion of the unit seems to be scratching up the blades an not sharpening like it should. It does sharpen, but the blade comes out with marks all over it on one side?
