It arrived broken, soooo have to say I'm not crazy about them. I can see why it broke. Really cheap plastic so I assume even if it the container had arrived in 1 piece I don't imagine it would have lasted very long.

They are good spikes, but if you want them because they are black, the black comes off after just 4 minutes of running warmup.

Great electronic components but I couldn't fit them in my track spikes. They had a very funny shape to them.
