Exactly like the picture. Easy assembly. Need patients putting it together. Took me a good 30 min only reason I gave a 4 was because the chair pump is backwards. Instead of pumping down with your feet you have to lift it up with your hand.

Chair is great. Easy to assemble. The only thing I was annoyed with is the quality of service from best salon. They reatched out to me to let me know that the color I wanted was not available. I let them know that I would take a different color. However the other color had quite a price difference. I have reached out to them a few times times now, and I have no response. I have yet to get a refund.

Easy to put together and works as it should. I put together myself as a woman and it's fine. People who have a problem with the pump not being able to to go up/down are putting on the lever incorrectly.

Let me start off by saying this chair has a horrible s***ty rubber smell. Not only does it have a smell, but the directions on the actual seating to mount the piece on was wrong it said to put it one way and that way was completely wrong. I've put so many things together and what was suppose to be do simple ended up taking a longer time to put together I hope the hell this chair works well based I the other reviews. I most likely will have to purchase a different salon chair and return this one!!!!!
