Good for binge eating prone people

I like how these measure out the peanut butter for you. As a chronic binge eater, that is ideal, otherwise I eat half a jar. These are also handy for lunches, especially with celery. The only downside is that they have sugar added and create a lot of waste. Overall, they are awesome.

These work great to carry in your purse, pocket or leave in a desk drawer. My daughter and I are both nurses and are used to not getting breaks at decent times or sometimes for more than 5-10 min.....just enough time to get one of these down but the protein helps us carry on those long 12 hr shifts and keep us from grabbing a candy bar.
Recently, my husband's doctor told him to keep peanut butter handy for the afternoon slump. It's made a huge difference for him and this "to go" cup is an easy way for us to always have it handy. And we always have extras to share because there is always someone else around that could use it too! 😉 Just don't forget some sort of spoon or keep a supply of plastic spoons handy!

Great way to eat a little pb snack in the afternoon without going thru the whole jar! And can't beat the price (tho put it in your cart or "saved items" list and keep an eye on the price drops and raises, then buy when it suddenly goes low - you can save several bucks that way...).
