1/3 cup chia seeds
1 1/4 cup almond milk
2 T maple syrup
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
2 T chocolate cocoa (I used viva cocoa)
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Make sure you mix very well because the seeds have a tendency to clump at the bottom.
If you want to make it extra chocolaty, you can add 2 tablespoons cocoa to it.
Store in the fridge for 3 hours to set.
This should last 4-5 days in the fridge. Enjoy!

Good product and the price seems right...

Good product and the price seems right. I soak about a tablespoon of seeds in about a 1/2 cup of water for about 1/2 hour and mix it with orange juice every morning. I don't do this because I enjoy it and while not yucky and not sure I feel the health benefits, from everything I have read the benefits are real.
Economical and delicious way to get a big dose of omega 3!

I put this in my veggie protein shake and/or tea. After soaking for a few minutes it thickens the beverage. Very high in omega 3 and economical
THERE'S TINY PIECES OF DIRT IN IT
Bonace✓ Verified Purchase•January 11, 2017
There's mud in this product. I was so very shocked and disappointed when I used this for the first time, chewed on a piece of seed and it crumbled into dirt in my mouth. And there's more than one piece of dirt in the first batch I tried! (I mixed 2 tablespoon with a scoop of protein powder). I've never had a similar problem with any other brand of Chia seed. Now i'm really reluctant to try again. ew.
