You Need The Funnel for This.

One box fills the salt container on the dishwasher.
Use the funnel that came with the dishwasher- the box is designed so it works perfectly. If you don't still have the weird and specially designed funnel- order another. The box opens on one side, the salt container is difficult to reach, and it makes a big salt mess really fast without the funnel.
This product did not include the funnel.

I am embarrassed to be paying this much for sodium chloride, but supposedly the large crystals are good for the deionizer system, and one can't get that at a much lower price. Supposedly pickling salt is equally pure, and certainly much cheaper, but it is fine-grained.
