I really like these, but they sometimes have a funny taste that lasts for hours of you don't take them with food. It tastes like aromatherapy smells, if that were a thing. I like them though!

This works really great. I like to take one peppermint oil right after I eat a meal, but just once a day, so whichever mill is your heaviest like say dinner. I would take one to help with digestion. It really helps with bloating. They are very fragrant and those who are sensitive to peppermint oil do not buy it. You will taste it and if you taste too much of it like you're getting heartburn, you probably should consult your doctor to see if you are able to continue to take it.

Great peppermint oil. I wish they would up the milligram per serving to get a more potent effect.

I read that taking peppermint oil will help reduce stomach inflammation and will settle a stomach. I've been taking one in the morning and one at night for a while now and haven't really noticed much of a difference. I haven't had a really sore stomach in a while, so maybe they are working.
