TERRIBLE GUMMY JUNK
Michael G.✓ Verified Purchase•January 19, 2018
If I could give this product 0 stars I would. I purchased this only after contacting FL directly to complain about gumming and sticking of my firearms after I've cleaned them with FL. They said I needed to apply their solvent so the products could react and not gum up. This crap made it worse! Save your money folks, FL is the original snake oil in the gun lube game. I have since tossed out and have had to re-clean ALL of my clean firearms to remove their gummed up crap. You are much better off using CLP, Hoppes, Rem Oil, or even Mobile 1 than this junk.
It works well as a water based solvent

This product works well as a water based solvent. It's clean, easy to use and smells good. But it's not cheap. I recommend the FL solvent only. However, why use a solvent, when you can use one of the many CLP products out there, like Ballastol.
Pricey but worth it.

All those years of using Hoppe's #9 or Copper Solvent and dealing with the toxic chemicals and odors. The Frog Lube is environmentally safe and has no odor. It certainly would have settled a few arguments. Plus, the CLP green lubricant smells like wintergreen and is an excellent lube, cleaner and protectant.
I have used several cleaners and this and SLIP 2000 are my go to. I prefer the Frog Lube.

still works great. Doesn’t irritate your skin like other solvents

Only downside is pic Shows a spray bottle. Different container arrived. No big deal, still works great. Doesn't irritate your skin like other solvents.. safer for optics etc.

All my Glock pistols are Frog Lube treated. After a range trip. The solvent, boresnake followed by a patch or two and they're all good
