The bike is perfect for my 11 year old granddaughter. One slight problem, shipping. The bike's back gear was a little damaged by UPS. Nothing big though. My husband and I were able to repair it fairly quickly.

My 9 year old received the 24" bike for her birthday. She has to have the seat all the way at the bottom, but that setting fits her well. The bike also fits me (her mother) with the seat elevated. Great, sturdy bike that will last for years.

Too Small, Wrong Color

Bought the 20" for my 10 year old and it is way too small even though we measured according to bike measuring directions for her height. He knees come up to the handlebars even with the seat in highest position and she is very petite for her age, shortest in her class. Should have ordered 24". Also bike is pictured to be light blue but it arrived very purple.
