I'm a big fan of all King Arthur products and this one is no exception. I purchased this to make macarons, which call for almond flour. I attempted to make my own but the consistency is just too wet. This flour has a nice smooth texture that's perfect for macarons. The pricing offered on Amazon is better than I've found anywhere else, including King Arthur's website. If you're looking for a speciality flour you can't go wrong with this one.

This is very good quality almond flour. If you need almond flour for baking this is perfect. When baking with almond flour you want flour that is very finely ground. This flour is finely ground and adds great texture when using for baking. I am gluten free and have struggled to find a good flour substitute. This is by far the best flour substitute that I have found. I always keep some in my pantry. I highly recommend this flour.
