I had an employee spill a glass of soda in our last m ipixer. I needed a replacement ASAP. This shipped very quick. It has AMAZING sound quality and is very user friendly.
I keep a back up now just incase of an emergency.
Great job, keep up the great work!

It is okay, bumped a star - inconsistent switches

So here is an update. It turns out, after experimenting with the device, that the BT pairing doesn't reconnect when the device is turned off. We are so used to that happening, it was surprising that this happens. Now that I have everything set up properly, it seems to work as intended.
There was a user error on my part for the phono issue. There IS a toggle switch, but it is difficult to read, and the one for line three says mono/stereo (don't know why). As a result, I thought all of the toggle switches did that, they don't - it is a line-in/phono toggle switch.
I still think that the manual could be clearer and the labels on the device itself are not very clear either. However, I can now mix my Alexa with my AirPlay and have a whole home output, which is what I wanted. Not the fault of the device, but I don't like the "missing auto" Alexa has when playing back through BT.
Overall, a decent little mixer and serves my purpose.
Orginal----
There are several dings about this item. First, the Bluetooth has a VERY short range. I'm talking 5-10 feet. Anything beyond that and you can forget about it. The Bluetooth specification allows for 100m (clear site) but I have other Bluetooth devices that perform well at the distance I wanted, about 15-20 feet away without issue. Also, realize that the RCA inputs you see are Phono inputs, not Tape/CD/Other. I have several Pyle pieces of equipment, but this one just doesn't fit the bill and doesn't work well enough to fill my needs.

With this I can easily switch between a record on our turntable

I use this for my multimedia/computer work station. With this I can easily switch between a record on our turntable, games or movies on my computer or bluetooth from our Echo dot... or play all three at the same time through the same speaker and amp setup! It's doing it's job wonderfully, but i've noticed a few things:
-The rca cables that come with it seem unshielded and created noise when moving them around.
-Even after getting sheilded rca cables there is still some noticeable noise when no audio is playing, though when music is playing I don't notice it at all and it sounds clean.
-When pairing with bluetooth devices it makes a digital interference type noise through the outputs. Not a super big deal. Bluetooth seems a bit more noisy than using regular inputs.
I wouldn't use this for anything professional, but it's an awesome way to tie multiple audio sources to one set of speakers/amp in your home.

Sound quality is ok but not that great. I am using the provided cable at the moment and going to switch to a better cable to see if I get any improvements. My application was to mix audio from Amazon Echo Dot and Airplay receiver to play on my SONOS speakers. It was easy to pair Amazon Echo Dot with Pyle PMX7BU using Bluetooth and both Airplay and Amazon Echo Dot are able to play automatically on-demand. Again, compare to direct Airplay only audio, the mixed audio is not as good.
One issue I am trying to resolve the Bluetooth connection to Amazon Echo Dot. When Bluetooth connection is up, it works ok. But the Bluetooth connection keep dropping and I have to go to Alexa App to reconnect the PMX7BU unit. This particular issue is a deal breaker and if I can't keep the connection up all the time, it defeats the purpose and have to return it.
Lastly, the package arrive and the UPS label was on the Pyle PMX7BU product package instead of putting the product box in an Amazon box like I requested and normally get from Amazon.
