Do this tonight- go get yourself a whole chicken, cover it in olive oil, rub the chicken liberally with this chicken salt, and cook at high heat in your bbq or oven until 160 degrees, let rest, and you're in for a treat. This chicken salt goes excellent on anything you need a savory/salty punch to.
