My favorite cozy winter drink is a mug of microwave-warmed hot milk with instant espresso powder stirred in. Tastes just like a latte, but 20x easier to make at home! The hot milk is also somehow even more comforting and substantial than a real latte, at least if made with non-skim milk... I go back and forth between this brand and the red label (Bustelo?) "” that one has a slightly stronger flavor, but sometimes I prefer this smoother option. Note coffee powder is also GREAT in chocolate-based baked goods, for enhancing the natural flavors of the chocolate. You can either mix a tsp or two into the dry ingredients, or make a thick liquid with some hot water and substitute for an equal amount of your liquid ingredients. People don't necessarily taste the coffee flavor, they just notice it's extra tasty!

This is the best instant espresso i have ever tried.. StongFlavor and has that "crema" that floats on top of good machine pumped espresso. I add a tablespoon into my regular coffee to make it really strong.

I have repurchased this coffee four times now. I use it when I am too lazy to brew coffee in my french press. I also use this every afternoon to make a glass of iced coffee. I put room temperature water into a glass and put 1 to 2 teaspoons of this in the glass, mix, then add ice and cream. If you plan to make iced coffee with this use room temperature water or the particles wont dissolve completely if the water is too cold. LOVE this stuff! It is the best instant coffee out there.

We love this instant espresso. If you are traveling and eating in places that don't offer anything other than plain filter coffee, you can turn the beverage into something really tasty, especially if you can add milk rather than artificial creamers. In hotel rooms that offer a small drip coffee maker, you can have a great cup in the morning.

This dissolves and mixes easily in hot water or milk, as per the instructions. What isn't mentioned and what I found even more of a pleasant surprise is that this powder actually dissolves in cold water or milk. I discovered this much by accident but since I prefer cold-brew and iced coffee over hot, that now makes this product invaluable to me. It was the one thing I did like about that other famous brand but assumed this wouldn't have that benefit. Very happy.
