I was leery after I bought this (which I bought because of the great reviews) and the cocoon-ness was really extreme...I got a bit claustrophobic...BUT the biggest thing is you have to give it time!! After about a week or so of sitting in it and sitting in it with my husband, it stretched out a lot more. It does still have the cocoon effect somewhat, but you can move one of your arms or legs to hang out of it and it won't come up over your face. It is extremely comfortable and I love that I can lay or sit in it comfortably. Definitely recommend!

I was going to buy a blanket hammock that has a bar to keep it wide, but after reading so many positive reviews about this one, I had to try it. I'm so glad that I did! My entire family loves this hammock, 2 people can sit in it with support on your back and head. My kids lay in it together, but I don't see how 2 adults could...unless they wanted to be real cozy ;) I love how it can cocoon around you. It's super soft and extremely comfortable in every position. I'd buy another if I had a place to put it!

We are turning our backyard into an oasis for the warmer season. Our daughter and son-in-law are taking out the in ground swimming pool at the moment...and we will buy one for them after the landscaping is complete. Yes...I know these hammocks are made for two, but my hubby and I want our very own so we can relax in our hammocks and read and take in some vitamin D. I very highly recommend these hammocks.
